Contempt Petition filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, and Section 10 read with Section 12(3) of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondents for having willfully disobeyed the order dated 19.10.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.,19441 if 2024 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai.

ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) The present Contempt Petition is filed for punishing the respondents/contemnors for disobedience of the order dated 19.10.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.19441 of 2024 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that, based on the order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, they have made a request to the Bank to de-freeze the Account and based on the same, the Account was de-freezed and an amount of approximately Rs.4 lakhs, was also transferred. Therefore, the order under Contempt had been 2 / 4
complied with. This Contempt Petition is accordingly closed. However, if the petitioner has got any grievance, he has to work out his remedy only before the Bank.
