ORDER
The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in G.O.(D) No. 1506 , Health and Family welfare (A2) department dated 11.12.2023 and to quash the same in so far as the transfer and posting of 3rd respondent as District Leprosy Control Programme Officer, Villupuram in the place of Deputy Director of Medical Services (Leprosy) Villupuram is concerned and consequently directing the respondents to pass orders for transfer and posting the petitioner as district Leprosy Control programme officer, Villupuram in the place of Deputy Director of Medical Services (Leprosy) Villupuram based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.07.2023.
2. After submitting for a brief while, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner would submit that they may be granted liberty to challenge the proceedings order dated 11.12.2023 in the manner known to law.
3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail statutory remedy before the appropriate authority, if any available. If any such remedy/appeal is availed/filed, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed by the Authority on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such appeal.
