When the matter was taken up, Mr.N.Subramaniyan learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the revision had been presented, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, has allowed the application in I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.74 of 2019. Hence, the question of giving a direction does not arise.

2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
