Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the records of the respondents particularly that of the second respondent in his proceedings in Lr.No.416/TNHMC/2002 dated 19.08.2002 and quash the same as illegal without jurisdiction, without proper applying mind and against the principle of natural justice and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to practise in Bio-Chemic and Homoeopathy Systems of Medicine in Tamil Nadu state as permitted in west Bengal interim of the degree issued by the fourth respondent and diploma issued by British Institute of Homoeopathy London.
