ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17688 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25979 of 2024 dated Page No.1 of 4

21.10.2024 in Crime No.327 of 2024, on the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25979 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17688 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25979 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
