The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2013 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 16.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram to state as to how long he requires to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2013.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram has sent a report stating that L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2013 is pending for enquiry from 03.09.2024. The connected L.A.O.P.No.9 of 2012 is posted on 24.01.2025 for recording evidence on the side of the respondent. The report further states that LAOP cases are posted in their Court only on Friday. Therefore, he requests eight months time to dispose of the said LAOP.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2013 on or before 30.04.2025.

5. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands ordered. No costs. 2/4
