ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.26786 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 46 days. He would further submit that on completion of investigation, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pappireddipatti, but yet to be https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis taken on file.
3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26786 of 2024 on 29.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pappireddipatti on 06.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
