2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25719 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
