ORDER

This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners as executing separate bond each for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties instead of the petitioner and ordered to be released on bail on their executing separate bond each for a sum of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the

learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharapuram Police Station instead of Inspector of Police, Tindivanam Town police Station vide order dated 14.11.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.28484 of 2024 . 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court, while granting bail, had directed the petitioners to furnish two sureties and execute a separate bond each for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only). He would further submit that the petitioner hails from the poor background and his relatives are also poor. Therefore, the petitioners are unable to execute separate bond each for a sum of Rs.15,000/- and thereby, he has filed this petition seeking for modification of the condition.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28484 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024. Accordingly, Paragraph 7 of the said order shall be read as follows :- "7.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond each for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like

sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, and on further conditions that:

(b) The petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders"
