COMMON ORDER Mr.M.Manimaran, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have moved these writ petitions on account of the fact they have been asked to move out of the premises where they are running retail liquor vending units.

2. Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for TASMAC, on instruction reports as on today there is no proposal to shift the vending units. Therefore, there is no cause of action for the present writ petitions as on today.

4. The writ petitions are dismissed for devoid of cause of action. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 28.12.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking order:Yes/No mrn/nsl 3/5
