This petition is filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Siddharth, learned Standing Counsel for respondent 3.

The delay is 45 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 45 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
