O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 27.02.2025, conduct an enquiry and pass a reasoned order within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made a complaint against the office bearers of Prince Village Welfare Association Organized Election on 27.02.2025 before the first respondent under Sections 24 and 25 of Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act, 2022, read with Section 17 of Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Rules, 2024, however, the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.02.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 27.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the petitioner and the second respondent.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
