Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 19.07.2025 for issuance of separate Patta in the petitioner's name for the properties comprised in Survey No.39/2A, 39/2B1 and 39/2C1 situated at Thathalur village, Thirukalungundram taluk, Chengalpet District, within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the appeal made by the petitioner dated 19.07.2025, conduct enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter parties if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
