ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This Public Interest Litigation has been filed seeking issuance of a direction for completion of various development/construction works as sanctioned vide administrative sanction dated 09.11.2024.

2. We are not inclined to keep this petition pending. All that we would observe is that once the administrative sanction has been granted for construction of various development works, which also include financial sanctions, expeditious steps should be undertaken to

complete various works of public utility as early as possible. The Collector shall also issue necessary directions for expeditious completion of all the public works.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
