ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/State submitted that all the conditions imposed against the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No. 20201 of 2025, dated 31.07.2025 for the offences under Sections

296(b), 333, 311, 61(2)(a) and 49 of BNSS, 2023 in Crime No. 160 of 2025 had been complied with by the petitioners regularly.

2. In the light of the above submissions made by him, all the conditions imposed against the petitioners herein are relaxed in toto.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28-10-2025 MSM To 1.The Judicial Magistrate Court, Vaniyambadi, Tirupathur. 2.The Inspector of Police Vaniyambadi Town Police Station Vaniyambadi, Tirupathur District Crime No. 160 of 2025.
