ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the second respondent in reporting before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., as per order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15137 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15137 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
