This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21838 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025, that "the petitioner shall stay at Arakkonam and report before the Inspector of Police, Arakkonam Town Police Station, twice daily at 10.00 a.m., and 4.00 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court from 03.09.2025 till date. However, on 11.09.2025, the petitioner's three-year-old child fell from a bench and sustained a right should fracture, for which treatment was taken at Kathirveel Ortho Clinic. As there is no one to take care of the child, the petitioner seeks modification of the conditions.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above condition to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Arakkonam Town Police Station, once in a week for the period of four weeks, and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".

4. With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 08.10.2025 cda To 1.The Judicial Magistrate - III, Salem.
