ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 232 days in submitting the re-open petition and restore the CRP for further hearing.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner either in person or through a counsel.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the suit itself had been disposed of by a judgment and decree dated 27.11.2025 and had also placed a copy of the decree passed by the Court.

4. In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this matter and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. No costs.
