This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.257 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024 at the earliest.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that investigation has been completed and charge sheet is being made ready to file before the jurisdictional magistrate.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file charge sheet before the jurisdictional magistrate within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
