JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal as the appellant got mandatory bail before the Trial Court.
2. The learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the second respondent/defacto complainant submitted that the defacto complainant contacted her and informed that he has no objection for granting bail to the petitioner.

3. In any event, the granting of bail does not arise as the petitioner has already got statutory bail before the Court below. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
