The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.164 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Mettur. 1/4

2. When the matter came up for admission on 03.01.2025, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif, Mettur to state as to how long she requires to dispose of O.S.No.164 of 2023.

3. The learned District Munsif, Mettur has sent a report stating that now the suit has been posted for trial on 03.03.2025. Therefore, she requests six months time to dispose of the same.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Mettur to dispose of O.S.No.164 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
