ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23182 of 2025, dated 21.08.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23182 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks until further orders.
