Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the respective applications and also considering the fact that the Trial is yet to commence in this case and also taking note of the fact that the document now sought to filed as additional documents are required for the petitioner to substantiate his claim, this Court is inclined to allow these applications as prayed for. It goes without saying that the objections regarding the relevancy, proof and admissibility that may be raised on the side of the respondent, shall be considered at the time of marking the documents.
