The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this court has modified the condition imposed on the petitioner on 21.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.18380 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10929 of 2023 and directed him to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m. till the charges are framed and thereafter once in a week before the trial Court till the disposal.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

3.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18380 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10929 of 2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
