Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The revision has been filed challenging the order of delivery in Execution Petition arising out of Rent Proceedings before the Rent Court.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent would state that R.L.T.P.No112 of 2024 is ripe for final hearing and is posted for arguments on 15.10.2025 and she would be satisfied if suitable direction is given to Rent Tribunal to dispose of R.L.T.A.No.112 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously. She also fairly states that till the disposal of R.L.T.A.No.112 of 2024, the respondent would not execute the order of the Rent Court.

In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Rent Tribunal viz., VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of R.L.T.A.No.112 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 14.11.2025. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
