(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 522 days and 861 days in filing the petition to bring the legal representatives of the deceased first and second respondents, to set aside the abatement caused as against them and to bring on record their legal representatives, respectively.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and considering the fact that there is no serious objections raised on the side of the respondents, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title.

Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file amended copy of the grounds of appeal.
