Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent herein dated 16.12.2023 in Se.Mu.Order No.13499/06/A6/Chennai and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to select the Managing Committee for the Wakf namely "Nawab Fazeelathunnissa Begum Saheba Mosque and Endowments" as per the Scheme Decree formulated in O.S.No.63/1940 on the file of Hon'ble Subordinate Court, Chengalpet.

ORDER
