ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Additional District Court, Hosur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.171 of 2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for partition. The suit is of the year 2020. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that pleadings of the parties are already completed and the suit is in the stage of cross examination of P.W.1.

3. Taking into consideration the year of the suit and the present stage of the trial, this Court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

4. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
