The petitioner seeks for a direction to transfer the service connection for the property for which, it is the owner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that an order was passed on 21.12.2023 stating that if the petitioner files an application online along with the relevant documents seeking for transfer of service connection, the same will be considered.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file an application in accordance with the proceedings dated 21.12.2023.
4. On filing such an application, the respondents are directed to consider it within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
