This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 04.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15912 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10168 of 2023 to extend the time granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties and to comply with the other conditions.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties and to comply with the other conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
