The writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2023 regarding his objection against putting up for Rainwater Harvesting Channel in the Centre of the petitioner's land in S.No. 32/6 in Kottai Kattu Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District in the ongoing Mamallapuram-Puducherry ECR Widening Project.

2. The petitioner has an objection to the Rainwater Harvesting Channel that is to be put across the petitioner's property. The objection was made on 19.12.2023.

3. There shall be a direction to the District Collector to consider the representation dated 19.12.2023, within period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
