This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.23185 of on 03.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.463 of 2023, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi.

4. Further, four weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
