This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.26683 of 2023 on 27.11.2023 to report before the respondent everyday morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to life threat, he is unable to appear before the respondent police. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) stated no objection.

4. Considering the submissions made, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
