This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14840 of in Crl.O.P.No.19159 of 2023 on 19.09.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.14840 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19159 of 2023 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the above submissions, this court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.14840 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19159 of 2023 on 19.09.2023 totally. However, the petitioner is directed to make himself available as and when he was required by the respondent police for interrogation.
