ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to issue the passport to the petitioner in continuation of the petitioners passport bearing No. B5285975 issued by the 1st respondent for a period of 10 years and valid up to 21.05.2011 and which was issued in chennai,
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner made a representation for renewal of passport and the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
