2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for both sides submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties as per the terms of joint compromise memo and also filed the joint compromise memo entered between the parties wherein both the parties have signed. It is their further submission that as per the terms of the compromise, a settlement deed has been executed between the parties and the same has been registered as Doc.No.301 of 2026 before SRO, Royapuram and with regard to division of articles including jewels have been divided among the sharers.

2. The Joint Compromise Memo filed by the parties dated 10.02.2026 shall form part of the decree.
