This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to delete the 1st respondent, the Registrar of Co-operative Societies at Chennai as a party respondent in the writ petition.

smv 2.It had been contended in the affidavit that the appropriate authority to examine the issues raised in the writ petition would be the 2nd respondent namely, the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies at Gopichettipalayam in Erode District and the 4th respondent namely, the Special Officer, Hills Living People Lamp Cooperative Society, Sathyamangalam, Erode District.

3.Taking all the factors into consideration, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title to the writ petition, deleting the 1st respondent and rearranging the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents as 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents.
