Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent has voluntarily surrendered the equipment to the applicant and therefore, there was no necessity for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the equipment. 2.There is no representation on the side of the Advocate Commissioner today. Therefore, the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions has to be believed.
