The writ petition is filed to call for the records of the first respondent under Reference No. Na.Ka. A3/3793/2022 dated 15.12.2023 and quash the same.

2. The writ petitioner challenges the enquiry notice issued by the Revenue Divisional officer, Central Chennai Division, Anna Nagar West Extention, Chennai - 600 101.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently contended that the first respondent does not have the jurisdiction in terms of the proceedings of the Commissioner of Land Administration in Na.Ka.No.R1/2005632/2022 dated 17.07.2023.

4. The writ petitioner is permitted to raise the question of jurisdiction before the Revenue Divisional Officer. In case the Revenue Divisional Officer 2/4

comes to a conclusion that he does not have necessary jurisdiction, he shall forward the papers to the authorities, who is the concerned jurisdiction to pass orders on the same.
