This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13921 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14816 of 2023 on 05.09.2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail and the nature of the offence charged against the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
