This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16756 of in Crl.O.P.No.21632 of 2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this court has modified the condition imposed on the petitioner on 18.10.2023 and directed him to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.
4.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16756 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21632 of 2022 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m.
on the first working day of every English Calender month for a period of three months.
