The petitioner/A-1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.11.2023, registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Section 8(C) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.436 of 2023, seeks bail.

2. It is s stated that the petitioner was found in possession of 9.300 kgs of Ganja. There is yet another accused from whom 4.200 kgs of Ganja had been seized. It is stated that there are three previous cases against the petitioner herein. It is also stated that the investigation has not yet been completed.

3. Taking the facts into consideration, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
