The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.281 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of IPC.

2. On a complaint given by one Manikandan that his daughter aged about 17 years had gone missing on 19.11.2023 from 3 a.m. The victim had not yet been secured. Dismissed.

3. Taking all those factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
