Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to forthwith subdivide and issue separate patta for the property of the Petitioner, measuring 0.53 Acres in Survey No.224 / 1D and lands measurng 0.25 Acres in Survey No.244 /2, at Polanaalli Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District totalling 78 Cents, by considering and passing necessary orders on the online application for the petitioner dated 30/08/2025.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the Respondent to forthwith subdivide and issue separate patta for the property of the Petitioner, measuring 0.53 Acres in Survey No.224 / 1D and lands measuring 0.25 Acres in Survey No.244 /2, at Polanaalli Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District totalling 78 Cents, by considering and passing necessary orders on the online application of the petitioner dated 30.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 30.08.2025, seeking sub-division and issuance of a separate patta in respect of the subject property, and after conducting an enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and affording them a personal opportunity of hearing, to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
