O R D E R
The present petition has been filed seeking bail in S.C.No.104 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 3(b), r/w 4 of POCSO Act 2012 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge-Cum-Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur.
2. This Court in Crl.OP.No.22015 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025, dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner on the following reasons: " Considering the nature of the complaint and since the victim and the defacto complainant have not yet been examined and the possibility of tampering with the witness, if the petitioner is released on bail, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present".
3. This petition has been filed on the ground that there is a change of circumstances. However, this Court called for a report from the trial Court, which revealed that there is no change in circumstances, and that the victim and the defacto complainant are yet to be examined.
4. Considering the same, since there is no change in circumstances, 2/4
this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 30.10.2025 Vv To
