These applications are filed to condone the delay of 306 days in filing the application for extension of time and to extend the time to deposit the amount.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the prayer that is made and the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the amount is ready, W.M.P.Nos.48423 & 42075 of 2025 are allowed.

4. The time to deposit the sum of Rs. 6,73,975/- in the Labour Court is extended till 15.12.2025.
