ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.22210 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025 passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m, until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 8(c), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22210 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
