Respondent(s) PRAYER Directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 24.09.2024, 22.07.2025 and 07.08.2025 submitted with regard to survey the Agriculture land of an total extent of hectares 0.31.00 (Acre 0.76 cents), situated Masakavundanchettipalayam Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District comprised in Survey No. 578/5, vide patta No. 13484.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioners are owned by them, based on petitioners' representations dated 24.09.2024, 22.07.2025 and 07.08.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners had submitted representations on 24.09.2024, 22.07.2025 and 07.08.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the third and fourth respondents if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioners' property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-

(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the third and fourth respondents are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third and fourth respondents shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
