This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

3. Such view, let the petitioner appear on notice issued by the respondent under Section 35(3) of BNSS and give particulars to the police. If the FIR is already registered, it is for the respondent to proceed as per law and the respondent shall not seize the buses which is clearly civil in nature.
