For Petitioner : Mr.K.Niranjana Devi (in all cases) For Respondent : M/s Hema Srinivasan (in all cases) COMMON ORDER This Arbitration Original Petitions have been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to appoint a sole arbitrator to decide the disputes and differences between the petitioner and the respondent under the agreements dated 07.07.2021, 01.10.2021 and 29.03.2022.

2.Heard M/s.K.Niranjana Devi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Hema Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, Mrs.Hema Srinivasan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that she has no objection for Arbitrator being appointed as sought for by the petitioner.

4.With the consent of both the learned counsels, I appoint Mr.Yashod Vardhan, Senior Advocate, No.21(8), VIIth Main Road, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai 600 028, Cell No.9841075397, email:yashodvardhan@gmail.com as Sole Arbitrator to go into the disputes between the parties and attempt to amicably resolve the same. 5.The learned Arbitrator is entitled to fix his fees as per the ScheduleIV to the Act. This Court further requests the learned Arbitrator to endeavor to decide the dispute as expeditiously as possible, however, not later than six (6) months from the date of his entering into reference.
